
You're trying to lose weight, you've taken some good resolutions... and now you've decided to go and see a film with some friends. You're worried about the popcorn, right? Why not buy some fresh carrot sticks and make your friends jealous? If you don't like carrots, there are other options - such as raw cauliflower. The goal is to have something great to munch on during the film... and to not feel too hard done by compared with other cinema-goers. In general, it's never advisable to consume large quantities of popcorn, peanuts or crisps. What about a drink? Opt for water every time! You could even try a lightly flavoured water! And bring a nice orange or an apple with you to finish off the snack perfectly! Perhaps you'll even notice your friends doing the same thing next time you go and see a film!
